Faye’s experience as a coach to beauty salon owners/managers spans more than eight years and over 800 clients.

Prior to this she had twenty-five years in the personal services industry. Fifteen years of this as General Manager of a large hair and beauty organisation employing 300 staff at any one time. She was concurrently the General Manager of Queenslands then largest registered training organisation and was responsible for the delivery of education to over 200 apprentices every year.

With this level of experience she is able to provide advice and guidance in any area of your business, whether it’s marketing, staff related issues, business structure, goals and incentives or any one of the many other topics that form part of the life of a salon or spa.

She is a sought after presenter for conferences and workshops, During 2009 she delivered her Get Excited and Get Educated programme to over 1500 business owners and team members throughout Australia. In 2010 the new workshop programme will be Where Success Begins in 2010 and the programme will be offered in a number of different cities.

Faye’s coaching clients range from small salons and also include some of Australia’s largest and most successful salons and spas.

With over two decades of hairdressing industry experience Greg brings a wide array of knowledge and business skills to the coaching he provides to his clients.

He currently coaches many leading hair and beauty salons so he can relate to what happens everyday in a salon.

For the last 12 years, Greg has worked in sales, business development and management with a market leading product company. Over those years, business owners have utilised his knowledge, skills and business acumen to help to grow, develop and strengthen their salons success.

As well as mentoring and working one on one with business owners, Greg also provides in-house training to teams to increase their performance and the level of service to their clients. These sessions are always tailored to suit the individual needs of each client. The most popular topics that people ask for are dealing with management and leadership, through to sales and client service.

Having also built a very successful salon business up from nothing, in a short space of time, he is personally experienced in all levels of salon ownership and management. He knows how to do it because he has done the steps to success of running a busy salon.
