Faye’s experience in the hairdressing industry spans more than 30 years. She has owned and operated her own salons, taking them from startup to highly successful businesses.

She has been the general manager of a large organisation that, at the time employed over 300 staff. She was concurrently the General Manager of a hairdressing training academy which had in excess of 200 students enrolled.

Faye has been business coaching salons for 7 years and in that time she has worked with over 700 clients throughout Australia and New Zealand.

She is well known and respected as a presenter and facilitator and has been a speaker both nationally and internationally for both independent salons and product companies.

Kym Krey

Kym is a dynamic and passionate person with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience spanning over 20 years.

She has been involved in salon and divisional management, technical and business education and franchising; she has managed salons for others and has taken two of her own salons from start-up to become highly successful, award-winning businesses.

She has been National Salon and Technical Manager of a national franchised hairdressing group, responsible for 56 salons and been directly involved in educating franchisees (both hairdressing and non-hairdressing) in effective salon management, tracking KPI's and managing expenditure benchmarks to achieve maximum profitability. She also developed the group's Salon Operations Manual, systems, procedures etc and achieved significant increases in the level of stylist's knowledge in both technical and client related areas of communication, relationship building and effective consultation.

She regularly presents workshops in both the hairdressing and beauty industries on all areas of salon procedures and management and particularly loves working with young, emerging managers assisting and developing them to become tomorrow's leaders.
Kym is fervent about all aspects of salon management and enjoys sharing her energy and enthusiasm for the hairdressing profession.

She is a vibrant coach, trainer and presenter with an infectious style that really gets the message across whether in one on one coaching or team training sessions.

Kym was the winner of both the 2002 Australian Micro Business Awards; Qld /NT ; Woman in Business and Established Businesses categories and holds a Cert IV workplace trainer and assessor whilst currently undertaking a Diploma of Business.

For many years, Lisa was the State Education Manager for one of the market leading hairdressing product companies. In this role she developed and implemented many training and education programs throughout Australia.

Lisa Moore

Lisa’s passion for the hairdressing industry was realised in 1982 as an enthusiastic 14 year old apprentice. She rapidly became involved in many competitive events, winning many awards.

As her career progressed, Lisa joined the team of a large product company as a technician, which involved instructing salon owners and their staff on product knowledge and implementing new product ranges into salons.

Whilst still working in a salon environment, Lisa started working with an educational establishment, focussing on motivation, salon budgets and progress reporting education to groups of 3-300 individuals. This entailed working closely with salon owners to prepare, plan and proceed to a higher level of professionalism and organisation within their business. Lisa assisted in implementing management goals into 48 salons including; personal, financial, creativity and productivity based measurements.

In 1995, Lisa embarked on a new venture with the purchase of her own salon that has exhibited exponential growth since its establishment. The salon has seen many successful hairdressers emerging due to the hands on training provided by Lisa herself. Following this, in 1997, Lisa took the challenge to extend her knowledge of education and training to interstate and international establishments, holding over 30 large corporate training sessions annually. Lisa’s strengths include her focus on the rebooking system, encouraging teams to achieve a 93 percent rebooking rate. Lisa’s belief is that retention of clients should be a fundamental focal point for all businesses.

Lisa continues to challenge herself, now entering a new chapter in her career by joining the Your Coach team. Lisa uses her expertise to endeavour to encourage salon owners to realise their reality, by helping to establish systems and procedures designed to enhance business growth and fluidity in a dynamic economic environment.

Dianne has been involved in the business development and coaching industry for over 15 years and the hair and beauty industry for 23 years.

She has owned and managed successful businesses during that time and she has been recognised for her outstanding ability by receiving several national awards for:

Malik Arunachalam

Malik is a unique and valuable member of the Your Coach coaching team based in Sydney.

Unique because he is a fully qualified accountant with ten of his twenty years of accountancy experience working with a large hairdressing chain that, at the time he worked with them, had 25 salons and a large registered training organisation.

This was a very hands-on position with over 200 staff and was invaluable in giving him a broad knowledge of the hairdressing industry and it’s specific needs. Unless you have worked hands on in the hairdressing industry it is difficult to coach at a level that is industry specific.

Far from the stereotypical accountant, Malik has always stepped outside the normal profile and has had a very entrepreneurial approach believing that he could manage the financial side of the business better by becoming involved in all areas that affect the dollars that come in and the dollars that go out.

This experience spans marketing, creating systems and structure, goal setting team training and team management.

He brings a wealth of experience and a warm and friendly coaching style that will help you grow the profits in your business through creating structure and understanding. He also guarantees a large dose of motivation.
